Tis the season... Make this a joyous holiday season by working to avoid as many of the risk factors of cancer as you can by making changes to your diet (low fat, high fiber) that brings your body more of the good, natural, healthy foods. Try to reduce (or eliminate) high calorie and saturated fat laden goodies and go for the veggies instead.

Get up and get active - at least 30 minutes of moderately intense exercise each day. And make other changes in your lifestyle - such as quitting smoking or limiting your alcohol intake.
